What happened

[REDACTED] was assigned to put-aways and was taking product from the inbound lanes to store in the warehouse. He was parked in the inbound staging lane when he leaned over the side of his lift to visually inspect a couple of pallets. When he came back up after bending over the side of the lift he lost balance and his footing. He states that he did not trip over an object or hazard he lost his balance from stooping over the lift and fell backwards. Since he was unable to catch himself he hit the back of his head on the ground at full speed with no break in his fall. He called his crew leader to the scene after he got back up to report the incident. Both [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] could see that [REDACTED] was in a lot of pain They walked back to the office to sit [REDACTED] down and administer first aid.
