What happened
The room was tight and the mother of the 10m was also in the room sitting in a chair behind the employee. Employee 's co-worker backed into employee causing her to step back into the leg rest of the chair sitting next to the machine. The leg rest caught employee 's right side causing employee to loss balance and fall to ground on her left knee and left shoulder.
