THIS RN AND ANOTHER WOUND CARE RN WERE DOING WOUND CARE DRESSING TO THIS PATIENT. THIS RN GATHERED THE OLD DIRTY SOAKED DRESSING AND THREW IT IN THE TRASH FLUID FLEW BACK AND LANDED DIRECTLY IN THIS RN 'S RIGHT EYE. THIS RN RUSHED TO THE BATHROOM AND POURED 0.9 NORMAL SALINE TO THE RIGHT EYE. FLUSHED IT 3 TIMES WENT BACK TO THE PATIENT TO FINISH HER WOUND CARE.
