Packing product for our client Paka Apparel in the aisle 8 pack station.
What happened
The turret truck was moving down the aisle and the forks caught the pick cart and it pushed it into the packing station she was working in pinning her between the cart and pack table.
Injury or illness
Severe pain in the left leg above the knee. There were no lacerations or broken bones. Mercy Occ scheduled an MRI of that area.
