The patient sustained a fall while mobilizing to the toilet. she was complaining of difficulty breathing and requested immediate assistance getting up since she was layin on her stomach. this writer attempted to pull the patient up with the help of other staff. upon finishing assisting the patient I started experiencing pain in my middle back.
