Per Employee: [REDACTED] alerted to the room from yelling and commotion in RM 604 1. Found patient who is in a posey bed being restrained from coming out of posey bed and was impulsive attempting to bite 2 phlebotomy staff. Patient was securely restrained in posey bed. Patient Right upper arm bleeding from surgical site patient ripped off dressing. Around 2000hrs writer with help of security and nursing team tried to dress patients arm that was bleeding patient fighting everyone with kicks and attempting to bite anyone nearby.
