What happened

The employee 's written description is as follows. I responded with my charge nurse [REDACTED] to a patient on [REDACTED] that was going to be coming to the ICU. We started pushing the patient in the bed down the hall to the elevators. The bed was one of the bariatric beds as the patient was a man weighing approximately 350 lbs. We had RT with us to help push the [REDACTED] machine the patient required. We did not have the bed in steer as it wasn 't working very well in the narrow hallway. I was at the front of the bed pulling and steering. [REDACTED] and the RT was in the back pushing the bed and [REDACTED]. We tried to turn a corner and the bed was not turning so I moved to the side of the bed to push it. I told everyone to hold on but the bed kept rolling and the front right tire went over my foot. I tried to pull my foot away but the tire already had my shoe caught and so the momentum took the bed over my toes. I immediately told them what had happened and we continued taking the p
