What happened
Worker reports she was assisting in surgery things became chaotic and she quickly grabbed a scalpel from the mayo stand. She noticed it nicked her glove so she quickly put another pair of gloves on. Once surgery was complete and she was scrubbing out she noticed blood on her left palm. Upon further inspection she had a 1cm laceration.
