Something went in the operators left eye when he was washing machine parts. He tried rinsing with the eye wash station for 20 minutes and it was better. The operator worked for 2 more days but felt it became worse over time. On [REDACTED] he went to Physicians Immediate Care where they remove some particles but were not sure if they got them all. A later appointment with on [REDACTED] with an optometrist found that all the particles had been removed.
