What happened
During regular saw operations the team member was in the process of placing two aluminum extrusions onto the saw conveyor. He proceeded to push the extrusions into the correct cutting position when his hand slipped. As a result a sharp corner of the aluminum made contact with his forearm causing a 3-inch laceration.
