Before the incident
Giving e an IM injection to a uncooperative patient. We had our patient in physical hold while a co-workers was injecting the medication. After the procedure the co-worker was trying to active the capping system on the needle.
What happened
I suddenly move my leg then that 's the time the need hit my right thigh. I was not aware that she was working on the capping system beside me.
