So we were transferring a patient back from the mat into his power wheelchair. And to continue to transfer I had to step down off the mat. As I went to step down I slipped and fell to the ground. I caught myself holding on to the part of the gym equipment. My foot slipped off the mat as I was stepping down and I landed on the left side of my body. Also my neck jerked back as I fell. My coworkers helped me off the ground. My supervisor called me rapidly because I have dizziness .
