What happened
Worker was walking toward the crash scene when a civilian called his name. He turned his head to look their direction and as he stepped forward he stepped off a curb and hyperextended his left knee. This caused him to fall directly on his left knee and on the pavement. He reports feeling a large pop. Firemen assisted him back up and as they lifted him he felt a second large pop as he attempted to stand.
