[REDACTED] approached PCL [REDACTED] with a tear in her pants and a bad cut on her right kneecap. [REDACTED] said she was getting a battery and tripped over something and cut her knee open. She does not recall what she tripped on but [REDACTED] was being time studied so EHS specialist will check footage to confirm. [REDACTED] right knee cap had a large deep cut and will require stiches. First aid to the area was performed and her emergency contact was notified.
