What happened
Upon arrival PCL [REDACTED] observed Warehouse Associate [REDACTED] bent over near workstation #1 computer holding paper towels against his left leg. As PCL [REDACTED] approached he noticed blood running down [REDACTED] 's left leg and his bloody white sock. [REDACTED] stated he was fine he was just goofing around and he cut his leg on a cart. PCL [REDACTED] asked to see the cut. [REDACTED] removed the towels and PCL [REDACTED] observed a deep cut in [REDACTED] 's left leg. PCL [REDACTED] immediately had [REDACTED] reapply the towels. .
