Employee and co-workers were moving a line dragon (concrete finishing equipment) by hand after its battery died during a pour. They were turning and pushing the equipment out of the pour area.

While manually pushing the line dragon across the pour area the employee 's rubber boot snagged on rebar causing him to trip and fall. As he went down the line dragon rolled onto his right ankle.
