Before the incident

What happened
While walking downslope on the rebar mat during pressure washing operations the employee misstepped and slipped. He fell and struck his left knee directly on the rebar resulting in a dislocated patella. Despite the injury he was able to exit the area under his own power and contact on-site safety for clinic transport.
