What happened
The employee was operating the [REDACTED] (Large Leblond[REDACTED] lathe. The employee was processing W81135 [REDACTED] 915 order which has a start size of 7.125 and was turning the bar down to 6.875 The removal was .350. The employe was 16 into the turning process when the chips form the bar being processed were coming out in a stringer form. The employee used a hand safe tool in an attempt to remove the stringer while the bar was being processed. The stringer broke free resulting in a laceration of the right forearm.
