What happened
Employee fell while getting off a vessel and caught himself with his hands. He stated that the boat was about 4 ft from the dock and he was attempting to bridge the gap. A line was slack and as he stepped to the dock the vessel moved and the line tightened and caught his foot and tripped him. He landed on his left wrist. He did not fall into water he caught himself on the dock. He said he was sore but didn 't noticed how much pain until he was driving back to [REDACTED] and tried to turn the wheel. He realized he could not bend wrist up or down more than a few degrees in either direction.
