Walking from head of stretcher towards foot of stretcher.

Providing anesthesia care to patient in endoscopy. case was finished and I was moving from head of stretcher toward the foot of stretcher to dispose of med syringes tripped over O2 tubing and hit the small metal anesthesia cart with my right shoulder on the way to the floor.
