What happened
Mr. [REDACTED] was recouping freight in [REDACTED] 6 about 20 minutes after he clocked to the dock. He began to sweat profusely and became lethargic so he went to the breakroom. Upon getting there he said he was feeling weak and like he was going to pass out so the ambulance was called. He refused to go to the ER because the 15 minutes he was in the breakroom and drinking liquids made him begin to feel better.
