On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Mr. [REDACTED] was in the process of removing a plastic cover from a crankcase filter. One of the bolts was difficult to remove. While holding the plastic cover with his left hand he used a small battery-operated ratchet in his right hand to remove the bolt.
