Employee was in 28 door attempting to remove a strap from underneath a skid. Instead of using the forklift to lift the skid the employee used his hands. the skid was heavy and broke while he had it in the air causing it to fall on his hand which was under it. employee was wearing gloves at the time. the location where the injury occurred is not easily viewable by the cameras and i was never able to actually get a good view to see what happened. employee also estimated the time that it hap
