Precautionary - Loading freight into the straight truck in [REDACTED] was using a pallet jack. He was pumping up the jack to load the freight. As he was pumping it the handle came loose from his hand and hit his left hand. First aid was given by using ice. At about [REDACTED] he notice it was getting swollen so he went to ice it further. As of writing this report another ice pack was given to him.
