[REDACTED] was operating a forklift and while driving she smelled a strong odor [paint thinner acetone] from a shipment on the bay and immediately felt a weird feeling in her chest and then felt light headed. I instructed her to sit down in the break room at [REDACTED] and by the time i made it down to her she started feeling worse. The other supervisor on shift called [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] and the ambulance arrived around [REDACTED] to treat [REDACTED]. No details were given to us but they informed us they were taking
