What happened
[REDACTED] came into work having extreme abdominal pain. Once inside he began feeling sick and like he was going to pass out. He immediately went to the restroom and once in there started shouting for someone to come help. He said he needed to go to the hospital so [REDACTED] ran outside and grabbed his car and took him. He was not transported by ambulance and this all began prior to [REDACTED] arriving at work today.
