What happened
FXF employee was in the breakroom on lunch. Two employees walked in the break room and found her on the ground on her knees. They set her in a chair and tried to keep her calm. I spoke with employees spouse and she stated that she was on facetime with employee and she twitched a couple of times and started starring. Shortly after the phone fell. From the scene it looks like Ms. [REDACTED] fell out of a chair face first and hit her forehead causing a one inch gash. There is no CCTV in the brea
