While helping another driver pull a leaning skid ([REDACTED] [REDACTED]) off of trailer [REDACTED] a loose box fell off the top of the skid and struck [REDACTED] in the nose. He didn 't think anything of it at the time. This occurred on the [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] had a doctors appointment the week after. His doctor said he has a deviated septum now and he had not had one before. He believes this is from this incident and the strike and where they issue is the same.
