While using the pallet jack he pulled back to move a skid and that is when he felt a pull in his back and afterwards he felt a slight pull in his back when walking. He did not report at the time to manager because he thought that it was not an injury and that the pain would go away. On [REDACTED] he went to the ER to get looked at due to the pain getting worse.
