Before the incident
EE was reworking a hose fitting that goes from the engine to radiator. EE was taking the hose off and swapping the adapter due to leak.
What happened
As EE was swapping adapter coolant sprayed from the pipe coolant line and came toward the employee and sprayed them. A small amont got into their eye. EE was wearing safety glasses. Unit was off line for rework coolant unit was not hot.
