He was lifting a casting out of the tub to grind and he felt a pop in his right shoulder when he lifted up the part. He did not have any issues the rest of the day or report it to anyone. He came in [REDACTED] and let us know what happened and said that he can 't lift his right arm all the way. We are sending him to Prompt Care to have his right shoulder looked at.
