Before the incident
EE was assigned to the 1st Butter workstation before second break; this is not his normal position. The [REDACTED] [REDACTED] gave him the mesh glove for the workstation and the EE wore the mesh glove until second break.
What happened
When the EE returned from break he failed to don the mesh glove. He was grasping the hide w his right hand and cut the base of his right thumb w the air knife causing a deep laceration that required sutures; EE given an antibiotic.
