Before the incident
I was called to twist and Shout where [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] as well as [REDACTED] were standing. [REDACTED] had already gone to the front office to get the items needed to cover her wound when I arrived her two middle fingers which would include the middle finger and the ring finger or bandaged with a Band-Aid. I asked what had happened and she told me that her finger got pinched between the tire and the metal bar that is attached to Twist and Shout while they were putting the tire back on the track. I asked if she needed to go to the hospital for stitches and she said no I made sure she was good to continue to work and she said no. We filled out the incident report.
