Before the incident
[REDACTED] and [REDACTED] were bringing go-karts in from a race that ended. Car 10 got stuck so [REDACTED] stopped the race and go on the back of the car the back it up. He ends up going back to far and ends up hitting his right ankle on the gate post. He proceeds to sit down to ease the pain. He then gets up and walks towards [REDACTED] who was walking by. [REDACTED] has him go sit next to a bench next to the break room. [REDACTED] comes to get me out of the sales office and fills me in on everything. even though [REDACTED] asked I still asked if he wants an ice pack again but he states he is fine. He showed us the area he hit and Luckly it was just a bruise there. After we fill out the forms he said he can still work and asks to go somewhere less demanding than go-karts. we put him at [REDACTED]. After a little while [REDACTED] sends him on break and he then asks to go home due to his ankle still hurting. We asked him if he was going to go to the doctors but he said no he wasn 't. we
