Employee stated that she was leaving last patient visit and while she was crossing the street and she twisted her left foot and fell onto her right knee. A bystander came to help he was unsuccessful however two additional women came an assisted her up and 911 arrived but she refused their assistance due to the cost then her husband accompanied her to the ER of Jacobi medical center. Broken pain bruising of the right knee and left foot and body ache.
