Who was able to maneuver their wheelchair independently after the physical examination the patient became angry and assaultive promoting the writer to tell the captain I am done please I am done. The patient attempted to stand violently and the DOC captain and housing officer restrained the patient to the wheelchair as the writer tried to leave even while the captain and the office hold the patient I received a fist punch the belly and I hurt my left shoulder while escaping as well.
