Employee alleged: Walking in the morning to my cubicle sat down to turn on my computer. Go up to put away my lunch as I turn I hit my foot (big toe) with a divider we have. Right foot hurts. Finding; [REDACTED] states she hit her right big toe and medial side of right foot on the wall in her cubicle. She was wearing sandals. Occurred yesterday [REDACTED]. She went to podiatry triage said she was ok applied ice. Foot still sore today especially when she walk. She will continue to work for now.
