Employee alleged I was in the blue zone I was preparing my cardiology machine when all of the sudden he hit me with a big blue supply car from behind me I was in pain from my left side back Shoulder and all of my waist. The person did not even apologize to me. My shoulder back lower back are all in pain. Left side back shoulder and waist. Findings: The Patient was found to have tenderness over left trapezius and mid back. w small decreased ROM secondary to pain.
