The EE was working with pt who self-harming in the bathroom was hitting the head on shower wall and punching self in the face: the EE initiated 2nd code green on this patient. The EE began manual hold on patients wrists. Pt able to get hand out of writer 's grip and struck writer in the side of the torso and on the left side of the neck with his forearm. Pt also spit directly on writer 's chest during the struggle. The EE stated during the first code green the EE was hit in the exact same areas; however it was much less intense.
