Around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] called for a manager supervisor to Frog Hopper. When the Indoor Track supervisor and I arrived she was crying and claimed to be in immense pain. At [REDACTED] she was given a bag of ice in the employee breakroom still crying in pain. At [REDACTED] she explained that she pulled the pin that helps with the seat mechanism at Frog Hopper the first time and it didn 't pull out. She tried it again and in the process of doing it she claimed to have jammed her hand. Specifically her lower thumb and wrist area. Shortly after I asked if she wants to continue working and she said she wasn 't able to. So she clocked out and went home for the night.
