Dressing change

Was performing patient 's dressing change in the room with patient care tech. Patient needed extensive dressing change in the perineal area along with enema orders. Patient was in a lot of pain and was very slow to turn and could not turn on her own. Patient care tech and I was turning the patient to access the back of the patient and had to hunch over a lot during the process. The whole process took three hours to complete started at [REDACTED] ended at [REDACTED] including dressing change enema bowel movement cleaning the patient and finishing dressing change in the back of the area.
