Before the incident
I was putting some blood from the syringe into the blue tube for lab testing. When I was transferring blood on the second tube that 's when I got stuck. I truly don 't know how I did that Associate presents to Occ Health without the source blood. I called and spoke with the nurse [REDACTED] in [REDACTED] and states he will draw the blood and have someone bring it over to Occ Health .
