TM is not OK and went to the ER TM was visually inspecting a malfunctioning hopper to diagnose the issue In the process of doing so the adapter of the feed arm fell from the top of hopper and struck the right side of the TMs head Emergency Action Team was paged and first aid was administered Axiom was contacted and TM was transported to the medical facility for treatment
