Walking to [REDACTED] to inform that she would be on the 6th floor to [REDACTED]. Not fast walking. Did not have any equipment. Looked at her phone to check a room on the [REDACTED] app and her right shoe got stuck to the floor. The shoe flew off she let go of the phone to try to catch herself. She landed on her face and left wrist. She was trying to cover her face as she fell but thinks she bounced off her left shoulder then onto her face.
