SURGEON ASKING FOR TOO MANY THINGS AT ONCE MY VET NURSE TOOK A LUNCH AND A NURSE THAT JUST CAME BACK FROM MATERNITY LEAVE SHE ISNT FAMILIAR WITH HIS THINGS. ASSIST PUT UNPROTECTED NEEDLE ON MY BACK TABLE FACING UP INSTEAD OF PUTTING NEEDLE FACING DOWN. TOWELS AND INSTUMENTS WERE ALSO ALL ON TOP SO NEEDLE WAS NOT VISIBLE. WHEN I WENT TO CLEAN UP MY BACK TABLE WHEN I REMOVED TOWELS AND SOME INSTRUMENTS I GOT PRICKED ON MY RIGHT [REDACTED].
