What happened

Restocking parts in overheads part carousel On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a G J Ives waterspider sustained an injury while restocking a Benchtop [REDACTED] parts carousel on the Overheads 1 line. During the restocking process the waterspider was engaged in conversation with another operator positioned on the opposite side of the workbench and did not fully observe the manner in which they were restocking. As a result the waterspider accidentally struck their right ring finger on the front lip of the [REDACTED] carousel. Despite the incident they continued working for the remainder of their shift as they did not experience any immediate pain. The following day [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] upon returning to work the teammate reported the injury to their supervisor after noticing swelling and pain in the affected area.
