CHEMICIAL O-RING WAS BEING REMOVED WITH A HAND PICK. O-RING HAD RESIDUAL FEERIC CHLORIDE UNDER IT CAUSING IT TO SLIP WHEN RELEASED. PICK WENT THROUGH GLOVE INTO SKIN CAUSING BLOOD.
