What happened
Employee was loading 2 coils on the turnstyle. He then wanted to remove one of them. He lowered the lifting sling down between the 2 coils. He grabbed the end of the sling to pull it under and inadvertently depressed the up button while holding the sling and cut off his fingertip between the 2 coils.
