What happened

At approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] received a call that a colleague had been bit at the restaurant by a dog of a resort guest. Guest had spilled their water glasses and the colleague had moved the table over slightly to clean the fallen water on the table and the ground. Upon leaning down near the table one of the two dogs accompanying the guest bit the colleague on her right shin. The [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] Manager immediately reported to the restaurant to assess the situation. The guest explained that the dogs had been confined to their car for several hours and one of them was particularly anxious. The guest expressed their apologies for the incident and assured staff that both dogs were fully up to date on their vaccinations. [REDACTED] Manager informed guest that dog involved in the incident is not allowed in the restaurant for the duration of their stay which was understood by the guest.
