What happened

At around [REDACTED] I got a text from our IRD AM cook stating a collegue hurt her wrist while working.I immediately rushed to the Cafeteria where I found the collegue sitting down taking her break and eating. I asked her where the location of the injury and what caused it. She answer saying that it happened while lifting a hotel pan full of soup. I asked if she needed medical attention and she said yes. I went to the HR office to ask for some assistance and they gladly told me what to do. They gave me a form to fill out and I gave it to the injured collegue. A collegue from the Housekeeping department helped calling an Uber. When the Uber arrived it took the injured collegue to a near by Urgent Care Center. [REDACTED] injured collegue returned to the work place from the urgent care with a black soft cast and a form stating the diagnosis.
